What is the return policy?
For Pink Horse Power apparel, items are eligible for a return or exchange only if the garment has not been worn, used, or washed. Customers have 14 days from the date of retrieval to initiate a return. Once the item is received at our facility, it will undergo a quality review by our team to determine whether it meets our return standards. If approved, the item may qualify for a refund or exchange.
For Pink and Blue Horse Power intimate products, all sales are final. Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been shipped.

When will I get my order?
Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days before your order is shipped. All orders are sent via 2-Day Priority Shipping, so you can typically expect to receive your items within 3–4 business days from the time you place your order.
For pre-order items, please allow 2–3 weeks for fulfillment before shipment. Once your pre-order is processed and shipped, it will also arrive via 2-Day Priority Shipping.
